About Us
JAO Services Inc.
JAO Services Inc. was founded by Jorge Ordinola, whose story reflects the determination, resilience, and commitment that continue to shape our company today.
Jorge immigrated to the United States from Lima, Peru when he was just 15 years old. When he arrived, he did not speak English, but he was determined to learn, grow, and build a better future. Through perseverance and hard work, he overcame language and cultural barriers while dedicating himself to becoming the best he could be. The foundation of JAO Services Inc. was built through his determination, strong work ethic, and belief that honest service and meaningful relationships create lasting success.
Outside of his professional life, Jorge is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He and his wife, Tachi, have been happily married for more than 30 years. Together they have built a strong family that includes four children, three children-in-law, and five grandchildren. Jorge is also a very active member of his church community, where his values of service, integrity, and faith continue to guide both his personal and professional life.
